I use free machine embroidery and mixed media as well as Screen Printing, My work is vibrant, textural and illustrative. Human form and portraiture has always inspired me. Each piece of work has an element of hidden meaning and each piece is original.

Sinead creates embroidered portraits, screenprinted T’shirts and tote bags inspired by vintage patterns, people and lost possessions. The ‘Missing pieces’ accessories include individual corsages and hair-clips made from felt, lace and buttons and jigsaw piece badges to wear and share.

An enthusiastic hobbyist crafter and artist, I have been sewing and making things for as long as I can remember. Working from my dining room table with a borrowed sewing machine I have designed and created my first selection of brooches and tote bags.
Along with my passion for paper craft and design, I love colour and pattern, and spend a copious amount of time sourcing inspiration, materials and vintage trims and embellishments.
